  1. SUSPENDER la orden de captura emitida por el Juez
  2. Sexto. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena contra el senor Emilio Succar Succar, la cual tenia por objeto ponerlo a disposicion del respectivo Despacho, con el proposito de cumplir la sancion correspondiente a cinco (5) dias de arresto impuesta por la autoridad competente. Lo anterior, hasta tanto esta Sala de Revision decida de fondo las pretensiones expuesta por el accionante.
